Grease the potatoes with vegetable oil. Sprinkle with salt and bake until potatoes are tender and the skin crispy, about 30 to 45 minutes. Cut baked potatoes in half, and then use a spoon to remove most of the viscera, leaving little bezel around. Coat the inside and outside of each half of the melted butter.
