Two Years-old girl invited policeman, who saved her life

A little over a year ago, July 17, 2015, 22-month-old Bexley Norvell swallowed a coin and gasped. When the policeman Patrick Ray has appeared on the scene, Bexley was not breathing. Ray competently rendered first aid to the girl, so she was still alive. “It was the most beautiful sound I’ve heard in my life” – I thought Ray when Bexley breathed again. Mom girl Tammy admits that since then has not been a single day when she had not thought of savior of his daughter and that she will remember it before the end of his days. A year later, Bexley and Ray met again to spend the day together, which can without exaggeration be called the second day of the girl’s birthday. “When I looked at her, I saw those big blue eyes looking at me. It was as if she was telling me: “I know that you’re here to help me,” – said the officer after the incident. And when Bexley finally took a breath, it is, according to him, was the most beautiful sound he had ever heard in my life. To thank Ray, the girl’s mother organized a tea party for her daughter and her savior (who accepted the invitation without hesitation), and hired a professional photographer Chelle Cates, to capture the best of their meeting possible. She says: “What has happened has made me want to change people’s thoughts and images of men and women who serve us every day.”
